‘I Can See You: Love on the Balcony’ reairs on Maundy Thursday, April 1
On Maundy Thursday (April 1), watch out for the very timely story of a frontliner nurse and a wedding photographer in a marathon airing of “I Can See You: Love on the Balcony.”
Featured in the mini-series is Asia’s Multimedia Star Alden Richards as Iñigo Mapa, a wedding photographer who loses his job because of the COVID-29 pandemic, and his neighbor frontliner nurse Lea Carbonel to be portrayed by Jasmine Curtis-Smith.
The stories of Iñigo and Lea are timely and relevant for the Holy Week, being a love story and for giving hope and forgiveness while discovering one’s real self and worth.
According to Alden, “It’s really about the pandemic. It’s really a story about hope, forgiveness, self-discovery, love, nandiyan ‘yan and ‘yung paglaban natin sa araw-araw.”
Also featured in the episode are Pancho Magno, Shyr Valdez, and Denise Barbacena.
